Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground is best.

Preparation

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  • Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Thinly slice the red onion.
  • Add the chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.

Dressing
