  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup berries or any fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks Any small fruit can be used.
  • 1/4 cup homemade or store-bought granola

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • If using a sweetener, stir honey or maple syrup into the Greek yogurt until fully combined.
  • To build the parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl.
  • Add half of the fruit and half of the granola.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
  • Finish with a light drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For meal prep, layer only yogurt and fruit; keep granola separate to maintain its crunch. Use 8-ounce mason jars for perfect single-serve portions. Swap berries for peaches, apples, pears, or tropical fruit for new flavors. Add chia seeds, flaxseed, or nuts to boost nutrients and texture.
