  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed and cut
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  • Combine the green beans with the mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then sprinkle crispy fried onions on top.
  • Return to the oven for 5 more minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
