Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed and cut
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Combine the green beans with the mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then sprinkle crispy fried onions on top.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes until golden and crispy.
