Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Cook the Johnsonville breakfast sausage according to package instructions, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chop the bell peppers and onions, tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Grill the veggies for about 8-10 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  • For the eggs, pour the whisked mixture onto a greased piece of aluminum foil or in a grill-safe pan and cook until set, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Serve everything hot off the grill and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of milk or cheese to your eggs before whisking. Marinate the veggies in advance with zesty Italian seasoning for extra flavor. Prepping ingredients the night before can save time.
