Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 limes Juice of 2 limes Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Main ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces ripe avocados Sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  • While the chicken grills, slice the ripe avocados and chop the cherry tomatoes.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the grilled chicken topped generously with avocado slices and fresh tomatoes.

Notes
