Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Can substitute with lime juice.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

For the chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Instructions
 

Marinating

  • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for at least an hour for best results. Always check for a safe internal temperature of 165°F.
