Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your puff pastry or croissant dough package.
  • Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough, then cut it into strips.
  • Take a cocktail sausage and wrap it securely with a strip of dough, ensuring each piece is completely covered.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wrapped sausages on it.
  • Brush the tops with the egg wash for a beautiful golden finish.
