Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create your sauce.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the wings, tossing to ensure they’re evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top for better airflow.
  • Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer to promote even cooking.
  • Lightly spray the wings with cooking spray for that coveted crispiness.

Baking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they’re crispy and fully cooked.
  • Let the wings cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These wings are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to restore crispiness.
