Ingredients
  

For the sauce

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Main ingredients

  • 28 ounces fully cooked frozen meatballs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • sesame seeds
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
  • Add the frozen meatballs to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
  • Transfer everything into the slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, parsley, or cilantro if desired.

Serving

  • Serve warm as an appetizer, over rice, or in a sandwich.

Notes

Double the sauce ingredients if you prefer extra saucy meatballs. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha for a spicier version. A dash of garlic salt adds extra depth of flavor. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 4 days and reheat easily.
