Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 10 oz spaghetti noodles Can be replaced with whole wheat or gluten-free pasta.
  • 24 oz pasta sauce Any variety you love, can use a homemade or low-sodium option.
  • 3 cups water Ensure all spaghetti is submerged.

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb meatballs Can use frozen or fresh meatballs.
  • 1 spray Oil spray Olive oil works great for preventing sticking.

Preparation

  • Spray the inner pot of your Instant Pot with olive oil spray.
  • Add the meatballs first, placing them at the bottom of the pot.
  • Break the spaghetti in half and arrange it over the meatballs.
  • Pour your pasta sauce over the spaghetti, and then add the water on top.
  • Ensure that all the spaghetti is submerged in liquid.
  • Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot.

Cooking

  • Cook on MANUAL for 10 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, perform a quick release of the pressure.
  • Stir your pasta immediately after opening the lid to blend all those flavors.
  • Serve hot, topped with fresh Parmesan.

Notes

For best results, brown the meatballs in the Instant Pot before adding the noodles and sauce. Consider using vegetables for added nutrition and cream cheese or ricotta for a creamier texture. For customization, try different sauces or add mozzarella cheese during the last few minutes of cooking.
