Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Toast slices of baguette until golden, then top with a mixture of diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil for bruschetta.
  • Layer cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves on skewers for caprese skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  • Mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, and herbs, then fill the mushroom caps for stuffed mushrooms.
  • Prepare risotto, let it cool, shape it into balls, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry until crispy for arancini.
  • Assemble cured meats, cheeses, olives, and roasted vegetables on a large platter for an antipasto platter.
  • Combine ground meat with herbs, breadcrumbs, and parmesan, and bake for Italian meatballs.
