  • 1 head romaine lettuce Finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill Chopped
  • 3 pieces green onions Sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese Crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Preferably freshly squeezed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Preparation

  • Finely chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add in the chopped dill and sliced green onions.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create your dressing.
  • Drizzle your freshly made dressing over the salad and toss everything gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this crispy delight!
