Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
  • Once cooked, serve the chicken topped with diced avocado and freshly chopped cilantro.

Notes

For added flavor, consider pairing with a refreshing salad or cilantro lime rice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to four days in the fridge or frozen for three months. Reheat to an internal temperature of 165°F.
