  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices optional
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Dough: Roll pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3x3-inch squares.
  • Fill Dough: Place 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese and 1-2 pepperoni slices in each square.
  • Seal Puffs: Pinch corners together to seal, rolling into a smooth ball.
  • Arrange and Top: Place dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce.
