  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg (or egg substitute for a lower-calorie option)
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the zucchini into fry shapes, aiming for uniform sizes to ensure even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each zucchini stick in the egg, ensuring it’s well-coated, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
  • Place the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray for that extra crisp.

Cooking

  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.

Notes
