Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder Use high-quality for best flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Feel free to double for extra chocolate

Topping

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Gradually beat in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips, then spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff and swirl gently with a knife.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Refrigerate for longer storage or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds to revive texture.
