Fudge Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows can be substituted with flavored marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder optional for added chocolate flavor
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing the pan

Preparation

  • Grease an 8x8 inch square pan using butter or cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder (if using).
  • Fold in the mini marshmallows gently to keep them intact.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before enjoying.
