Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 package Fireworks Oreos Crushed into fine crumbs.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter To bind the crust.

For the filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional for added flavor.

For topping

  • Additional Oreos crushed Oreos For garnishing.
  • Additional chocolate chips chocolate chips Optional for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Crush the Fireworks Oreos into fine crumbs.
  • Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter in a 9x9 inch pan to form the crust, pressing firmly.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully mixed.

Assembly

  • Pour the creamy mixture over the prepared crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serving

  • Before serving, sprinkle additional crushed Oreos and chocolate chips on top.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
