Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake

  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted Melt using a microwave in short bursts or a double boiler
  • 1 cup whipped cream Ensure it is very cold for better volume
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Topping

  • to taste Walkers Shortbread Gingerbread Men For garnish
  • to taste Mulled wine fruit Optional, but highly recommended

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and free of lumps.
  • Gradually pour in the melted white chocolate and mix until the two are well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until everything is well blended—be careful not to deflate the whipped cream!
  • Spoon the creamy mixture into serving cups or a pie dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, top with mulled wine fruit and a distinctive Walkers Shortbread Gingerbread Man.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing, as the texture may suffer.
