Preparation

  • Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.

Cooking

  • Dip each roll in the egg mixture, coating well.

Notes

For optimal results, use day-old bread to help it roll without tearing. Consider prepping the rolls the night before and storing in the refrigerator. You can also experiment with different fillings like peanut butter or almond butter.
