  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, melted peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, melted honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
  • Using a mini ice cream scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into about 15 bite-sized balls.
  • Place the energy bites on a tray and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes until they firm up.
