  • 8 oz Pasta (any short type)

Creamy Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Sauté until fragrant.
  • 2 cups Milk (whole milk is ideal) For a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated) Enhances creaminess.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing garlic.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning.
  • optional Fresh parsley For garnish.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set it aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same pot, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Return the cooked pasta to the pot with the garlic. Pour in the milk and give it a good stir to combine.
  • Gradually sprinkle in the grated parmesan cheese while stirring continuously until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  • Taste your masterpiece and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Immediately dish out the pasta and top with fresh parsley if desired for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of milk to loosen up the sauce.
