  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped Snickers bars
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan to prevent sticking.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Gradually beat in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until fully blended.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Snickers and peanuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Keep an eye on them—baking times may vary according to your oven.

Finishing Touches

  • Once cooled, add caramel sauce on top and sprinkle chocolate chips if desired.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped pieces for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or reheat in the microwave.
