  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to ensure consistent thickness.
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until they’re well coated.
  • Lay the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each slice.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for optimal crunchiness. Best consumed within 1-2 days. For a longer storage option, freeze uncooked slices after ensuring they're dry and bake from frozen when ready.
