Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
  • ¾ cup warm water (110°F)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Garlic Butter Coating

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt

For Topping

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix into a dough, then knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Divide dough into small pieces (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • While baking, melt butter in a small saucepan with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir until fragrant.
  • Brush hot bread bites generously with garlic butter, then sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
  • Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer. These bites are freezer-friendly; freeze baked bites and reheat at 350°F for 10 minutes. Try topping with cheddar, mozzarella, or chili flakes for variation.
