Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pepperoni and Seasonings

  • 40-50 slices pepperoni (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • optional red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)
  • optional fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a medium bowl, blend the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses until mixed thoroughly.
  • Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder to the cheese mixture. Toss to ensure even distribution. If desired, mix in the red pepper flakes.
  • If your pepperoni slices are larger than average, cut them in half for better crisping.
  • Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each slice.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese mixture over each slice of pepperoni.

Baking

  • Place the sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted, is bubbly, and golden brown.
  • Once baked, let the crisps cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving

  • Serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For leftover storage, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispness.
