Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced Opt for ripe but firm strawberries.
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Bananas, sliced Can substitute with kiwi or peaches.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Whipped cream or yogurt Yogurt can be substituted for a tangy flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup Drizzle on top for added sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Nuts or granola Optional for added crunch.

Preparation

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
  • Slice the strawberries and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix the fruits together.
  • Add in your whipped cream or yogurt and fold slowly to maintain the integrity of the fruits.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top for added sweetness.
  • For an extra crunch, sprinkle some nuts or granola.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a bit if you prefer it cooler.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Fruits may lose firmness over time.
