Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Extra virgin for enhanced flavor
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Low sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed Boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned
  • 8 pieces Skewers Wooden or metal

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorsome marinade.
  • Add the cubed chicken breast and pineapple chunks to the marinade. Stir until everything is well-coated, and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling

  • Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers.
  • Grill the kabobs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Serve hot, and enjoy every flavorful bite!

Notes

For added flavor, use fresh pineapple. Consider adding bell peppers or red onions for variety. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
