  • 1 whole jalapeño, seeded and minced Adjust the heat by using more or less jalapeño.
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Can substitute with parsley if not a fan.
  • 1 whole lime, juiced Fresh lime juice is recommended.
  • Salt to taste Add just before serving to maintain freshness.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, and minced jalapeño.
  • Add the chopped cilantro for that fresh touch.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
  • Season with salt according to your taste preferences.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. It's best to wait to add salt until ready to serve for optimal freshness. Freezing is not recommended.
