  • Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the cheese.
  • Season with salt, pepper, pasta seasonings, and chili flakes to enhance the flavors.
  • For the final touch, layer shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Microwave the whole bowl for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For best results, use stale bread and don't skip the butter. Feel free to experiment with toppings and serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
