Ingredients

For the Base

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Can substitute with almond or cashew butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Mix-ins

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Dark chocolate chips or dried fruit can be used.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds or a suitable container, leaving a little space at the top since the mixture will expand as it freezes.
  • Place the molds or container in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  • To serve, simply remove the treats from the molds and enjoy. If they are difficult to remove, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.

Notes

These treats can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Use airtight containers to prevent freezer burn. Let frozen treats thaw for a minute before serving for easy removal.
