  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Feel free to substitute with your favorite spice blend.

For the Avocado Lime Sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado Must be ripe for best flavor.
  • 1 lime lime (juiced) Freshly juiced for maximum zest.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin preferred for flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Generously rub the salmon fillets with the Cajun seasoning and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
