Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

For the Toppings

  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the oil and spices form an even coating.
  • Add the chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, chop the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  • Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7–10 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet and cut it into strips.

Assembly

  • Assemble the tacos by placing chicken in taco shells, then topping with chopped vegetables, feta cheese, and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce.
  • Serve immediately to keep the shells crisp.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use a plant-based feta and dairy-free tzatziki. Gluten-free taco shells or corn tortillas can be used for a gluten-free version.
