Ingredients
  

Jello Ingredients

  • 3 packages packages of red, white, and blue Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water for each Jello flavor
  • 1 cup cold water for each Jello flavor (or vodka for an adult-only version) Substitute vodka for adults
  • to taste whipped cream for topping
  • as needed small cups or shot glasses

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In separate bowls, dissolve each Jello flavor in 1 cup of boiling water.
  • Stir in 1 cup of cold water to each bowl. If adding vodka, replace cold water with vodka.

Layering

  • Pour the red Jello mixture evenly into the bottom of your shot glasses. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until fully set.
  • Once the red layer is set, pour in the white Jello layer and return to the refrigerator to set completely.
  • After the white Jello is firm, add the blue layer on top and chill until the entire shot is set.

Finishing Touch

  • Top each shot with whipped cream and serve.

Notes

Best consumed within 3-5 days. Avoid freezing. Customize flavors and colors for different events.
