  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal Feel free to swap out for different cereals.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup festive sprinkles
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup candy corn

Preparation

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • In another bowl, measure the Rice Chex cereal and pour it into the melted mixture, stirring gently to coat the cereal evenly.
  • Once everything is well-coated, add in the powdered sugar, festive sprinkles, mini marshmallows, and candy corn, mixing until everything is evenly distributed and colorful.
  • Spread the mixture out onto a baking sheet to cool completely before packing it into cute bags or jars for gifting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to two weeks. Let come to room temperature before serving.
