  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves Whole
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a baking sheet, toss halved tomatoes and whole garlic cloves with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on the sheet.
  • Roast them for about 20-25 minutes until they caramelize and release their amazing aroma.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combining ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the roasted tomatoes and garlic, ensuring everything is well-combined.
  • Stir in the ricotta cheese until fully incorporated. Adjust seasoning to your liking with additional salt and pepper.
