Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter Can substitute with coconut oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Half and half

S'mores Layer

  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows For topping
  • 1 cup Salted caramel sauce For drizzling
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs For layering
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips For layering

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter. Stir in both sugars until combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until just combined.

Layering

  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle on a layer of chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Top with mini marshmallows and drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter over the marshmallow layer and spread it gently.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool before drizzling with more caramel and cutting into squares.

Notes

For a special treat, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
