  • 2 large potatoes, diced into cubes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Add the steak cubes and diced potatoes to the marinade. Coat them well and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Once marinated, thread the veggies and marinated steak alternately onto the skewers.
  • Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
