  • 6 Scotch Bonnet peppers stems removed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar
  • ½ cup water

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Peppers – Remove stems and roughly chop the Scotch Bonnet peppers.
  • Sauté the Garlic – In a small saucepan, sauté garlic in a little oil until fragrant.
  • Simmer the Ingredients – Add peppers, vinegar, lime juice, salt, honey, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Blend Until Smooth – Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain (Optional) – Strain for a thinner sauce or keep it thick for more texture.
  • Store & Enjoy – Pour into a sterilized jar and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
