Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened (or vegan alternative)
  • 1 package Chocolate wafer cookies, crushed (or graham crackers as substitution)
  • 1 cup White chocolate, melted (milk or dark chocolate can be used)
  • to taste Mini chocolate chips, for eyes
  • to taste Candy corn, for noses and hats
  • to taste Decorative sprinkles, for added flair

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and crushed chocolate wafer cookies until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls—about the size of a golf ball for the body, and smaller ones for the head.
  • Chill the formed truffles in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once firm, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate to coat thoroughly. Place them back on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, use mini chocolate chips for the eyes and candy corn sections for the nose and hats.
  • Let the decorated truffles set in the refrigerator until the chocolate is fully hardened.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
