Preparation

  • Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the cubed steak, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Return the cooked shell pasta and seared steak to the skillet, tossing everything to coat evenly in the sauce.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
