Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce

  • 12 pieces jumbo pasta shells Cook according to package instructions.
  • 2 cups marinara sauce Use additional for topping.

Cheese Filling

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Plus extra for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

Seasoning and Extras

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling before serving.
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.

Stuffing and Baking

  • Carefully stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  • Spread a layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, then top with the remaining marinara sauce and extra mozzarella if desired.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
