Ingredients
  

For the Jello Layer

  • 1 package (3 oz) Jello (any berry flavor) Choose your favorite berry flavor.
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

For the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the Assembly

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries Consider strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
  • 1 package (9 oz) graham crackers

Preparation

  • Dissolve the Jello in 2 cups of boiling water, then stir in 1 cup of cold water. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  • In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, then pour half of the Jello mixture on top.
  • Layer half of the mixed fresh berries over the Jello.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, Jello, and berries.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate it for at least four hours or until fully set.
  • When ready to serve, slice into squares and enjoy this chilled delight!

Notes

You can customize the flavors by experimenting with different Jello and berry types. For a zesty twist, try lemon or lime Jello. For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
