Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based options.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Ensure everything is well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs in your Crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Pour this flavorful blend over the meatballs in the Crockpot.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Serve the meatballs warm, and enjoy the compliments!

Notes

For added flavor, brown the meatballs in a pan before adding them to the Crockpot. You can swap sauces for variations in flavor, and add veggies to the meat mixture.
