  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 pieces jalapeƱos, minced (optional) For extra heat
  • 1 piece Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeƱos (if using).
  • Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture.
  • Season generously with salt.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients until well mixed.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for an irresistibly refreshing dip.
