  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies.
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese Optional; adds creaminess and tang.
  • to taste sweetener (like Stevia or Splenda) Adjust based on personal preference.

Preparation

  • Whisk together the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix and milk in a bowl until combined. Let it sit and set for 2 minutes.
  • Gently fold the light whipped topping into the pudding until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • If using, beat the low-fat cream cheese until smooth and then mix it into the pudding mixture until combined.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  • Taste the fluff and add sweetener if needed, mixing in small increments.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For maximum crunch, reserve some cookie crumbs for topping just before serving. This dessert can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
